Barbara is a fine art photographer based in New York City and San Francisco. She is best known for her large-scale waterscape abstractions, a series of mesmerizing compositions that capture fragments of the familiar rendered unfamiliar, exploring the parameters of our vision and inviting new interpretations.
The work presented in her 'Love Letter' series collapses cultures, time and space in compositions that blend mythological characters with collected ephemera - disparate elements woven together by the intangible notion of love.
