Let us make life easy. Your orders will be prioritized in our daily yield of gardenias for your desired delivery days, we are happy to adjust addresses and gift messages per package, and will happily remind you of your upcoming dates and deliveries.


All of our flower orders are shipped priority overnight via FedEx and delivered Tuesday through Saturday weekly. Please let us know your desired delivery dates we will be sure your orders are prioritized. Feel free to let us know if you are changing locations, we will happily adjust the address for any of your orders so you are able to enjoy wherever you may be.

Send love to those closest to you and create scent memories that will last a lifetime. All of our orders are shipped as gifts, meaning no invoices or payment confirmations are sent with the packages. Gift messages and addresses can be altered for every order, making it easier than ever to let someone special know you care and are thinking of them, even if that someone special is you.


If you are traveling for the foreseeable future, we are happy to hold your subscription to be resumed once you return. We are also happy to adjust any shipping addresses for your upcoming subscription orders. With prepaid subscriptions, we would be happy to credit your account and send your remaining gift boxes at times of your choosing should you prefer to revise your schedule.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all over the United States and Canada. In certain unique cases there are remote locations that do not allow for Saturday delivery.

Where do your flowers come from?

High Camp gardenias arrive straight from our farm on the California coast to your door. Due to our special climate and growing technique, we ship our gardenias year round. 

Can I order by phone?

Yes! We have one of the best customer experience teams in the business, and you can reach them at (415) 770-2360. Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm (Pacific) and Saturday: 10am-12pm (Pacific). If our lines are busy, feel free to leave a message, send a text, email us, or put in your order online.

We encourage you to create an account and order online to take advantage of our many stored customer features including tracking, order history, address book and calendar reminders.

I tried to place an order, but the date I selected isn’t available

Because we ship with FedEx we are unable to deliver on Sundays, Mondays or Federal holidays. If you are attempting to order after 3PM EST/12PM PST, you've just missed our daily cutoff for next-day delivery. You can send us a note if you are close to the cutoff time to see if we can still fit your order in and if it's at all possible, we will! If not, please select the next business day available. In certain unique cases there are remote locations that do not allow for Saturday delivery.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! Our checkout process allows for different delivery dates and addresses within the same order. If you have a large corporate order or are sending many boxes, you may call, text or email us directly at and we will be happy to help process your order!
