Some things are not to be spoken in words. The most powerful memories and impactful emotions connecting us often come through shared experiences; good, bad, and seemingly uneventful. 

 

Music in the car, a candle flickering when you come downstairs for breakfast, a single bloom on a nightstand, the sound of a garage door closing. It is always surprising the things we retain. 

 

The things that make us long for “home.” The people who make us feel at home, simply by being in our presence. 

 

Gardenias have a language all their own. If you can’t put it in words, say it with flowers.
