Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all over the United States and Canada. In certain unique cases there are remote locations that do not allow for Saturday delivery.

Where do your flowers come from?

High Camp gardenias arrive straight from our farm on the California coast to your door. Due to our special climate and growing technique, we ship our gardenias year round. 

Can I order by phone?

Yes! We have one of the best customer experience teams in the business, and you can reach them at (415) 770-2360. Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm (Pacific) and Saturday: 10am-12pm (Pacific). If our lines are busy, feel free to leave a message, send a text, email us, or put in your order online.

We encourage you to create an account and order online to take advantage of our many stored customer features including tracking, order history, address book and calendar reminders.

I tried to place an order, but the date I selected isn’t available

Because we ship with FedEx we are unable to deliver on Sundays, Mondays or Federal holidays. If you are attempting to order after 3PM EST/12PM PST, you've just missed our daily cutoff for next-day delivery. You can send us a note if you are close to the cutoff time to see if we can still fit your order in and if it's at all possible, we will! If not, please select the next business day available. In certain unique cases there are remote locations that do not allow for Saturday delivery.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! Our checkout process allows for different delivery dates and addresses within the same order. If you have a large corporate order or are sending many boxes, you may call, text or email us directly at hello@highcampsupply.com and we will be happy to help process your order! 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Amazon Pay and PayPal.

Can I amend my order if I change my mind?

If you have already placed your order, you can contact our Customer Experience team to change the message, date and/or address. You may not be able to change the details if the flowers are already being packed for delivery, but we will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

I placed an order, what time today will my flowers get delivered?

We ship FedEx priority overnight, most packages are delivered before 11:30am, however during peak times and in remote locations, it can be a bit later in the day. You will receive a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email the day your order is shipped in order to track the status of your delivery. This information can also be found in your account profile under your order history. If you are sending a gift, we encourage you to confirm your recipient will be home to receive their delivery. 

I need to change my delivery date, is that possible?

Of course, you can! Just send an email to hello@highcampsupply.com and let us know your order number and the requested date change and we'll let you know if we can make it work. Have a subscription? Just email us before your next scheduled shipment and we can change it for you! 

I need to change the card message, can I do that?

Of course, you can! Just send an email to hello@highcampsupply.com and let us know your order number and desired card message. You may not be able to change the details if your order is already being packed for delivery, but we will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

What if the flowers are left outside?

We pack our flowers for travel, including a unique method to keep the flowers cool under most conditions using cold packs. Most of the time, everything will be just fine. Make sure to follow the instructions for care listed on our care card included with each package, including snapping the stems and placing them in cool water as soon as possible. Allow several hours or overnight for the blooms to absorb water after their journey and reach their full beauty. 

If they have been lounging on a porch in extreme temperatures for too long, there may be quality issues. If you are concerned about the condition of the flowers please take a photo upon arrival, follow the care instructions and if the quality is still in question after 24 hours in a vase of water, please take another photo and contact us by phone at (415) 770-2360 or email hello@highcampsupply.com so we can best address any issues with the purchaser. Ultimately the flowers are delicate and we are dealing with nature, so if you are sending a gift, we encourage you to confirm your recipient will be home to receive their delivery.

Why did my gardenia box arrive with an assortment of flowers or a vase?

Nature is unpredictable. In extremely rare circumstances we have experienced last minute shortages. In the interest of providing the best experience possible, we will make great efforts to contact any customer affected and work with you to select the best alternative option. If we are unable to reach you in time, we will upgrade your order to a product of equal or greater value. This may mean you receive a vase, or a selection of rare and premium white flowers designed to accompany your High Camp Gardenias. High Camp strives to delight every recipient and will always go above and beyond to ensure your package arrives on the date selected.

Returns

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact hello@highcampsupply.com or call 415.770.2360 and we will make every effort to help. While flowers are perishable and therefore not returnable, on rare occurrences there may have been damage to the flowers due to weather or travel conditions. We will work with you to find the best solution possible. If you are unhappy with your vase, unlit candle or other non-perishable items, please contact us and we will arrange for a return authorization number to be issued and the product returned in its original condition.

FLOWER CARE

How do I care for my gardenias?

HIGH CAMP Gardenias are grown with love and packaged with care in premium, glossy, water-resistant gift boxes to minimize exposure to light and air. Our gardenias are cut to order and sent FedEx priority overnight from our California farms for ultimate freshness. It is normal for gardenias to arrive a bit sleepy and thirsty. Simply snap the tips (like asparagus) and place stems in cool water.

Gardenias are nature’s most fragrant flowers. Enjoy your gardenias in any casually elegant setting as often as possible. Once you experience their unrivalled scent you will wonder how you ever lived without them!

Blooms: The blooms arrive without leaves or stems and are lovely en masse in bowls and other vessels by placing them face up into 1-2 inches of water. The blooms will open with a few hours and last for 3-4 days, providing a continuous fragrance that is singular to gardenias. Enjoy the beauty of the blooms in one large grouping with room to bloom, or divide them among smaller vessels to spread around your home.

Vine Gardenias: The “vine gardenias” arrive on 8-10 inch stems with tight blooms that blossom over 2-3 days. “Vine gardenias” should be placed in cool water in a clean vessel or vase. Snap 

tips (like asparagus) for best water absorption and trim some of the upper leaves and those that would otherwise be submerged. Within a few hours, the luscious white flowers will enchant your home.

How does a Subscription Work?

High Camp Gardenias are the only gardenias to bloom all year round. High Camp is also the first to ship the fragile flower successfully, making them available for the first time for you to enjoy cut-to-order, directly to your door.

Enjoy a fresh delivery every week, every other week, every month or quarterly.

Customize your subscription in any way you desire. We are happy to send out multiple boxes if you are entertaining or hosting an event.

A wonderful benefit of a subscription is enjoying guaranteed priority during holidays and busy seasons. As we traditionally sell out at various times throughout the year, subscription customers take first priority allocations.

Select your box color and preferred delivery frequency to get started. You will be able to select the desired date if you choose. We will make every effort to ship on the date selected, but this cannot be guaranteed.
