SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are received and processed the same day. You have the option to select a specific date for delivery of your order with a “Special Delivery Fee” of $15 to ensure your order is prioritized. If no delivery date is selected, your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days depending on our daily yield, whether that delivery is part of a subscription or a one-time order.

 

During our three most impacted holiday seasons, (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and late December/early January) it is possible that the 1-5 business day window may take longer if no specific delivery date is chosen at checkout. This is due to the fact that our product inventory varies with bloom count. We do our very best to estimate inventory. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we are dealing with mother nature.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES & SHIPPING RATES

Flowers are picked to order and shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. Each product has a flat rate delivery fee and a $15 charge is added for selecting a specific delivery date.

FedEx Priority Overnight delivery is 95% guaranteed to arrive on your selected day by 10:30am. However, due to factors outside of our control, there is a small chance that the delivery may arrive later than expected.

DELIVERY DATES Orders are delivered Tuesday to Saturday and in most cases before 10:30am local time (excluding major holidays or in cases when FedEx does not ship the day prior). For next day delivery you will need to place your order before 12pm PST and request our availability to see if we are able to accommodate for you to receive your flowers the next day. SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY You will be able to select the frequency of recurrence (for a subscription) as well as a desired date. We will make every effort to ship on the date selected, but this cannot be guaranteed. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER If you wish to change your order or subscription, please do so by emailing hello@highcampsupply.com. We will always do our best to make last-minute adjustments, but can only guarantee changes (including the delivery address or card message) with no less than 36 hours notice.

While we have dedicated years to perfecting the process, ultimately nature is unpredictable and we cannot guarantee that every bloom will open. If you believe your order has suffered in transit, please take a photo upon arrival and then trim the stems and place them in cool water to allow the blooms to realize their beauty. If the quality is still in question after 24 hours in a vase of water, please take another photo and email them to hello@highcampsupply.com, and we will be happy to address the issue with the purchaser. We have found FedEx to be the most successful delivery service for express national shipping. Unfortunately there are occasional unforeseeable delays outside of our control. Regardless, if you experience an issue, even due to carrier delay, please reach out and we will work with you to arrive at a solution, even if it is simply sharing in the pain by discounting a replacement. All of our products are cold packed and able to withstand a 24 hour delay in shipment.
